Agora realised: Three projects take the stage
- Interactive Format
- parallel session
Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF)
This session brings together three completed Agora projects that have translated science into public engagement in very different ways: as an immersive exhibition at the intersection of music, mathematics, and technology (Musica ex Machina), as interdisciplinary workshops combining science, art and technology in a botanical garden (Digital Storytelling with Plants), and as a multi-format educational initiative about the Sun (The SUN, our star). Expect lively project insights, along with reflections on what truly worked in practice and what proved challenging. Each project presentation is followed by time for questions, discussion and takeaways for participants’ own science communication work.
Presenting project managers:
- Prof. Dr. Martin Rohrmeier, EPFL (Projekt «Musica ex Machina»)
- PD Dr. Caroline S. Weckerle & Yvonne Möller, UZH (Projekt «Digital Storytelling with Plants»)
- Alessio Lavio, USI (Projekt «The SUN, our star»)
