The plenary sessions will take place in the Pool (1st floor). The Club is located in the basement, where the Dialogue Sessions will be held.
The workshops and interactive sessions will take place at the Paulusheim (address: Moosmattstrasse 4, 6005 Lucerne).
The route there will be signposted at the conference venue and is a 5-minute walk away.
Formats
| Talk Session | In the Talk Session, participants will hear talks lasting approximately 20 minutes followed by approx. 5 minutes for questions and answers. |
| Dialogue Session | In the Dialogue Session, several projects are given a platform. All dialogue leaders have 2 minutes in the plenary to to pitch their projects to the audience. The participants then are free to decide which project they would like to learn more about and then participate in discussions with other interested parties at a table. | Workshop | 75-minute session in which participants (25-30) work on a topic in depth with the support of the convenor. Various interactive methods are used in the workshops. They are described in more detail in the abstract. |
| Interactive Format | These formats provide a space for participation and dialogue on an equal footing, away from the traditional workshop setting. The focus here is on open exchange, playful experimentation and dynamic discussions, such as fishbowl discussions, World Cafés, debates, prototype testing, etc. You can get involved in a group of up to 40 people, take away new ideas and participate in a relaxed atmosphere. |
| Podium | Professionally moderated and controversial debates: Experts discuss relevant topics; the audience will have the opportunity to contribute and comment. |
Language and simultaneous translation
The conference is multilingual. The language of the presentations corresponds to that of the title and abstract in the programme.
For the first time, the event (in the «Pool») will be simultaneously translated into French, German, French, Italian and English using AI-assisted translation (Ω). We ask you to download the LiveVoice app in advance or upon arrival, if required. We will send you therelevant QR code along with the latest information after registration. Please bring a fully charged mobile phone or power bank and your own headphones.
